About the Role

Enphase is seeking Associate Engineers who are motivated, self‑driven graduates with majors in electrical/electronics, mechanical, firmware, software or computer system engineering. The role begins February 2027. Candidates should be passionate about renewable energy, product design and development.

What you can expect in your role:

• You will be part of a team working in a fast‑paced, well‑equipped lab environment developing and testing micro‑inverter products.
• You will develop your skills in board level designs, test design, fault diagnosis, debugging and problem solving.
• You will touch firmware, hardware, test automation, product validation, compliance, custom ASICs and advanced power electronics.
