Enhanced Unit Lead (UCSP)

We are looking to recruit an individual to an Enhanced Unit lead role based in the Roland Levinsky Building Café in the heart of the University of Plymouth’s thriving campus.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join the company and take on the running of one of the biggest Cafés on campus.  You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the unit as well as line management responsibility of the catering assistants and chef within it. With experience of working in a catering or retail environment, you will drive sales in line with the business plan and lead the unit in a calm and positive way whilst providing exceptional customer service.
