English Training Specialist - BPO Onboarding & Upskilling

Teleperformance is looking for a Trainer to join its team in Penang, Malaysia. The role involves supporting the Customer Service team by providing guidance and ensuring performance standards are met. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of training experience in a BPO environment.

The Trainer will facilitate new hire classes, conduct performance coaching, and work with the Training Manager on curriculum adjustments. Proficiency in English and knowledge of instructional design are highly desired.
