English Teacher

English Teacher- Part time

We are seeking a committed and qualified English Teacher to join our team from September. This is a part-time opportunity working with a small group of GCSE students focusing on English Language .

You will be teaching classes of up to 10 students who may present social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs , and may display occasional challenging behaviours. This role requires patience, resilience, and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective GCSE English Language lessons
• Support and motivate students with SEMH needs
• Manage behaviour positively and consistently
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
