ENGINEER/SCIENTIST

Summary You will serve as an ENGINEER or SCIENTIST in the Strategic & Computing Systems Department, Strategic Systems Analysis & Assurance Division of NAVSURFWARCENDLD. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The full performance level of ND-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-12 and GS-13. Responsibilities You will work on a variety of current and future capabilities for weapons control systems. You will support systems engineering tasks to shape future requirements and inform system and software architecture. You will develop software products at multiple levels to include implementing models, creating prototypes, and delivering software products. You will conduct physics based analyses to inform predicted performance and provide a basis for establishment of requirements.
