About the Role
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Engineering Technician** to join our team working in **Crane, IN.** This will be an **onsite** role.
As an Engineering Technician, you will serve as a critical bridge between concept and production. You will work collaboratively with the Radar Program Manager, technical teams, and government clients to deliver high-impact solutions for the Radar Technologies Division. This role requires a blend of sophisticated technical troubleshooting, project coordination, and leadership over a multidisciplinary team of engineers, CAD draftsmen, and support staff.
