About the Role
Our Client, an American Biotechnology company, is looking for an Engineering Technician 3 for their Santa Clara, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Procure, assemble, and test new equipment, including mechanical, electrical and pneumatic component assembly and integration, to fulfill validation and manufacturing requirements.
+ Physically manage receipt and storage of materials as they arrive
+ Work with engineering to support documentation of equipment including assembly drawing, test protocol, and manufacturing methods.
+ Create and release ECOs for minor updates.
+ Document test results using paper and electronic means (Word, Excel, SAP)
+ Assist with lab organization (5S) and coordinating efficient material transfer flow between planning and equipment engineers to support build timelines.
+ Coordinating execution of equipment shipments between US and international sites (e.g. crating and labeling)
