Engineering Supervisor - Hardware and Move Services

This role is four days onsite at our Seneca One Buffalo, NY location, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced team supervisor to manage Workforce Enablement Solution's Hardware and Move Services. This team is composed of one Technical Engineer and multiple Infrastructure analysts focused on PC hardware and peripheral management, hardware asset tracking and reclamations, and Retail and Back Office Move services.

As the team supervisor you will be tasked with managing the workload and assignments of your team, setting objectives, holding frequent one-on-ones, conduct team meetings, and reviewing key results of your team members and providing feedback and guidance for your team. This team supervisor will need to frequently collaborate with various teams, departments, and stake holders.
