Engineering Supervisor

TXM are supporting an exciting business in Dublin Ireland to recruit an Engineering Maintenance Supervisor to manage staff and ensure the necessary fleet is presented on time for operations to the required safety, technical and quality standards while maintaining the safe operation of the maintenance depot on their turn of shift. We are looking for candidates with : At least 5 years’ experience in the role of a Depot or Workshop supervisor Demonstration of Safety Consciousness through actions. Proven experience in engineering theory and practices To be an advocate for Continuous Improvement change in the workplace Ability to promote the use of Safe Working Practices in a Team environment.
