Engineering Supervisor

The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of the cold storage facility's infrastructure, utilities, and general services. This critical role ensures that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and structural systems are functioning optimally, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance and Repair Management

• Oversee and manage all aspects of facility maintenance, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs for:
• Refrigeration Systems: Refrigerants/Freon compressors, condensers, evaporators, chillers, blast freezers, cold rooms, temperature monitoring systems.
• Electrical Systems: Power supply, transformers, generators, switchgear, lighting, wiring, control panels.
