About the Role

Our client is a food company operated in the OEM business to produce plant-based meat with a capacity of 3, Tons per year.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring the preventive maintenance & documentation for the troubleshooting of all the factory types of machinery & utility as per the regular production plan, food safety compliances, and audit plans.

    • Construction Phase:

    Following up and ensuring the progress of construction packages delivered by the Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) Contractor of the plant-based food processing project, including design verification, procurement, installation, training, and commissioning.

  • Reading, analyzing, and troubleshooting the PLC programs and SCADA wiring diagrams. Interface with Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Engineering, procurement, and construction (ECP) to contractors obtain construction and operating permits from the related authori...
