Engineering Manager, Platform Delivery  Healthcare SaaS Platform  Location: Gurugram, India (Onsite)   Reports to: CEO  The Opportunity  We’re building a Provider Data Intelligence platform that manages credentialing, enrollment, and licensing workflows for healthcare organizations.

Phase 1 is live with paying clients.

Phase 2 is in active sprint.

The roadmap through 2027 includes AI-powered document extraction, predictive analytics, FHIR/HL7 integrations, and client-facing portals.  We’re a US-headquartered company serving 270+ healthcare provider organizations. You’d own engineering operations for the platform, working alongside a Technical Lead who owns architecture and code quality.

The product is being built against live client commitments on aggressive timelines.  Responsibilities  Own the sprint process end-to-end: planning, execution tracking, release management.
