Engineering Manager (Identity Team)

A leading tech & data company are looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee their Identity team. This is a permanent role and can be based in either Peterborough or London (whichever is preferred) 10 days per month, rest from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Align team efforts with strategic objectives and setting clear goals
  • Monitor team performance and encourage continuous learning
  • Lead people management initiatives
  • Engage in technical discussions, architecture meetings, code reviews, and design sessions to learning foster a culture
  • Be able to integrate robust security practices into the development lifecycle, managing technical debt, balancing immediate project needs with long-term system health and maintainability
