About the Role

Job Purpose

To assist Section Manager (SM) to plan, organize and manage the CS&M Shop production in meeting the Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) on Trains/Equipment/Component timeline. Providing a safe, reliable, quality, and cost-effective operation in the CS&M Shop as well as to lead a team of Engineers, Assistant Engineers and Technical Officers.
Responsibilities
To plan and supervise work carried out by the team.

To assist SM in meeting the key performance indicators set by Division.

To assist SM in planning of work duties.

To assist SM in overseeing the dissemination of instructions and procedures issued to team members.

To assist SM in conducting engineering analysis and investigations on incidents/accidents.

To assist SM in the preparation of Quality Procedures / Risk Assessment / Work Instructions / Work Records.
