Engineering Lead - Director

The CCX Tribe Director is accountable for end-to-end delivery, strategic alignment, and value realisation of the Client & Colleague Experience (CCX) tribe, with a specific focus on driving large-scale transformation initiatives. The role ensures that cross-tribe delivery, platform capabilities, and client‑centric outcomes are executed in alignment with PBWM and Group strategic objectives.

Operating within a complex, multi-platform and multi-dependency ecosystem, the Tribe Director provides leadership across engineering, product, and delivery functions to:

• Define and execute the tribe strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory requirements, and business priorities
• Orchestrate delivery across multiple squads, platforms, and external partners, managing interlocks and dependencies across tribes, systems, and programmes such as PRISM.
