Engineering Assistant/Technician (Line Technology/12 hrs shift))

Responsibilities:
Monitor key product parameters to maintain quality and yield.
Analyze daily process capability and take preventive or containment actions for deviations.
Track in-process yield and perform loss analysis.
Review and decide on material disposition for final products.
Identify and report abnormal losses or defects promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering or Science required.
Willingness to work permanent 12-hour day or night shifts.
