Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the manufacturing engineering and product quality assurance departments for new product launches and mass production.
• Manages the APQP process for new product launches and engineering changes.
• Leads the industrialization of production processes on the factory floor.
• Oversees the ongoing maintenance of AMEF and the Plan and Control system.
• Determines labor requirements for processes.
• Ensures safe and ergonomic designs for machinery and process equipment, as well as compliance with standards such as ISO 45001.
• Manages the management system applied to manufacturing and quality assurance processes.
• Responsible for applying specific customer requirements to manufacturing and product quality assurance processes.
