Role & Responsibilities:

  • As part of theGlobal Materials Sourcing(GMS)Team,theRegional OperationsEngineer Underfoot Platformswillexecute seasonalprocess audit activitiesrelated tounderfootProduction facilities.

  • These includeMold andcompound transfers,seasonal mold andSOP checks,quality assessments,raw materialsadherence,storagecheck,production capacity, labcontrols,and inspectingcomponents for high impact NPI programs. 

  • Regional Operations Engineer will supportVF’s partnersin thecreation ofan appropriate correctiveaction plan,addressing all issues highlighted during SCP process audits.

  • Monitor and track compliance against the CAP,analyzing and communicating risks in cases of non-compliance,finalizingand reporting as CAP issues are closed.
