Engineer I - Test

Job Description

We are looking for a Product/Test Engineer who will be responsible for the Test Development and Production Release of Microchip’s 32-bit SAM/PIC32 microcontrollers. The successful candidate will interact with diverse, talented, and inspired multi-function groups from Architecture, Design, Applications, Validation, Verification, and Marketing to develop test solutions to validate, qualify, characterize, and productize our industry-leading, next-generation, cutting‑edge SAM/PIC32 products.

The position demands a keen ability to debug, root cause, and creatively solve problems; to define solutions to new and abstract problems involving systems and processes; and to take informed risks to influence the direction of teams, projects, and organizations. Requires excellent verbal and multimedia skills to communicate complex ideas and difficult subjects.
