Responsibilities
- Drive alignment and standardization across various fabs on Best-Know-Methods (BKMs)
- Develop metrics to measure the standardization, sustainability, scalability and synchronization of the BKMs
- Identify gaps in current programs and use SMART metrics to drive effectiveness and efficiency on program deliverables
- Transform yield SEAL and SWATs to achieve FECOS missions, improving network resource/talent leverage
- Implement organizational change management methods and tools to increase the speed of adoption and capture project or program ROI
- Exercise judgment and adapt to encourage and persuade others to adopt the change required for a successful implementation of the program
