Engineer - Civil (Rail, Track)

Job Description

• Supervise and monitor railway track construction activities in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate track works including ballasted track, ballastless/slab track, rail installation, sleeper installation, turnouts and crossings, track alignment and geometry.
• Review and verify shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals related to track works.
• Ensure track construction complies with railway standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Monitor earthworks, formation preparation, and subgrade conditions before track installation.
• Coordinate with survey teams for track alignment, levels, and setting out verification.
• Supervise rail welding, fastening systems, and track fixing activities.
• Inspect ballast placement, compaction, and track stabilization works.
