Lead team of consultants and contractor to ensure the successful completion of the project in the following areas: Monitor Construction Master Programme and ensure project completion is on schedule Monitor interim completion of critical milestones/deliverables and progress. Ensure sample units readiness and approval Ensure completion of structural, M&E works and architectural finishes of the project Monitor lift installation and commissioning Ensure services laying and commissioning Monitor regulatory clearances and ensure clearances obtained promptly for TOP & CSC application Ensure pre-completion checks and preparations are carried out for handover inspection Provide construction inputs upstream at planning and design stage to manage construction duration and mitigate construction issues Quality Management Ensure the project achieves good CONQUAS score Perform i...
