Engine Lathe Machinist

Johnson Service Group is looking for an Engine Lathe Machinist with 3+ years’ machining experience in a manufacturing or repair environment operating manual lathes, milling machines, or CNC lathes/mills. This is a Direct Hire job for a Pumps company in the San Dimas, CA area.





Pay Rate:$30.00 HR





Duties:

• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. Includes precision instrument makers who fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical instruments
  
• Fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures
  
• Operate basic equipment and machines and conduct routine tasks
