End-to-End Process & Tools Deployment Lead

Job Purpose

Seeking a highly organized and collaborative professional to lead the end‑to‑end (E2E) deployment of new service offers across geographies. This role will be responsible for adapting global execution standards to local contexts, ensuring process alignment and supporting countries in implementing tools and practices that enable consistent and scalable offer delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

• 1) E2E Process Deployment: Drive the deployment of new offers across countries, ensuring alignment with global execution standards and business objectives.
• 2) Collaboration with E2E Design Architects: Work closely with global design teams (Hub) to adopt and adapt the standard execution playbook for regional and country‑specific needs.
• 3) Process & Tool Evaluation: Assess existing country‑specific processes and tools, identify deviations from global standards and recommend alignment strategies.
