Empowering Support Worker for Independent Living

Lifeways Group is opening a new supported living service in Doncaster and seeks a Support/Care Worker. You will support four adults with learning disabilities as they transition into independent living.

This is a full-time, permanent position with shifts required from 07:00am to 10:00pm, including sleep-in shifts. The ideal candidate is energetic and empathetic, bringing positive support and encouragement to help individuals thrive in their community.
