Employer’s Agent (Water & Sanitation)

Requirements

• Recognized qualification at NQF Level 7 or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.
• Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist.
• At least 10 years of post-qualification experience specifically within water and sanitation-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard contracts, such as GCC, FIDIC, or NEC.
• Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary water infrastructure teams.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for high‑level stakeholder reporting.
