This position operates under the general supervision of senior Human Resources leadership. The role encompasses program management, cross-departmental relationship building, policy interpretation, limited investigatory duties, and conflict resolution support, reflecting a broad scope of responsibilities balanced between managerial oversight and investigatory involvement.
