About the Role

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
- Proven experience handling disciplinary hearings, grievances, and CCMA representation.
- Solid understanding of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
