Do you bring hands-on experience in Employee Relations within a professional services or corporate environment? Are you passionate about delivering commercially focused advice and support across a wide range of cases? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join our team in this 12 month FTC. In this role, you’ll handle a diverse caseload including grievances, disciplinaries, performance and capability matters, absence and wellbeing support, contract queries, and policy reviews.
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to suit your working style. It can be fully virtual/home-based, with expectations to attend the office once a quarter- up to four times per year. Alternatively, if you prefer a hybrid working pattern, we’d be delighted to welcome applicants based near our offices in St Albans or Epsom.
