Employee Engagement Supervisor

Lhoopa is looking for an energetic, highly organized, and people-oriented Employee Engagement Supervisor who can lead the planning and flawless execution of company-wide engagement programs, activations, and culture-building initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently manage multiple activities, events, and employee programs with strong structure, coordination, and attention to detail. Creativity is important, but execution excellence is the priority.
