Emiratization & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Al Marwan Group is looking for an Emiratization Specialist to join their HR team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment processes supporting the Emiratization strategy, ensuring adherence to UAE labor laws.

Responsibilities include managing sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates, while also executing Emiratization goals and building talent pipelines for UAE Nationals.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields and 13 years of relevant experience, with strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
