A bit about your role

The Emergency Capability Lead role is responsible for developing and delivering emergency management capability across systems, people, and processes at nbn. It includes coordinating and delivering the Emergency Management Training, Exercise, and Lessons Management Program, supporting internal and external engagement, and driving continuous improvement.

The role also plays an active role in preparation, response, and recovery during emergency events, requiring periodic on-call availability and potential after-hours work. Key...
