EMEA Customer Success Specialist — Hybrid & Onboarding

Vaisala’s Customer Success team in Vantaa seeks a Customer Success Specialist to join full-time. You will manage service‑agreement customers across the EMEA region, ensuring sustained value and a seamless experience from onboarding to renewals.

You will collaborate with delivery and sales teams, use CRM tools, and explore AI-enabled workflows. English fluency is essential; Finnish or German is a plus. The role offers hybrid work with frequent office presence during onboarding.
