EMC & Safety Specialist Co-op (Fall Term - September - December 2026)

Job Overview

Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Safety Specialist Co‑op reporting to the Manager Product EMC and Safety. This hybrid remote role is located at the Ottawa‑Auriga office in Nepean. Pay ranges from $24 to $35 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Product Certification Site Updates — improve UI/UX, update content, fix defects, and enhance backend logic for certificate and declaration management.
• AI Workflow Integration — work with developers to integrate MS Teams‑embedded AI features that assist with locating, generating, and validating product certifications.
• Automation Support — assist in developing scripts or AI prompts that reduce manual work in certification retrieval and document generation.
• Testing & Validation — perform functional testing, identify issues, and verify fixes for the certification platform.
• Perform product EMC laboratory measurements against EMC standards.
