Email Marketing Manager

About The Role

HyperionDev is looking for a strong CRM Manager to conceptualize and implement initiatives that increase our lead‑to‑sale conversion rate. We generate a large number of registrations each month that need to be engaged and educated throughout their purchasing journey.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with brand managers and creative teams to produce impactful email marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with performance and engineering teams to ensure good list hygiene, segmentation, and delivery of email campaigns.
• Maintain the overall communication calendar aligned to brand manager requirements.
• Increase the lead‑to‑sale conversion rate.
• Plan, build, and send out all email marketing communication.
• Align with admissions teams to ensure lead‑scoring algorithms provide guidance of hot, mild, and cold leads to contact.
