Email Marketing Assistant

At TalentPop , we’re looking for a resourceful and detail‑driven Email Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role blends email coordination, community engagement, and administrative support — perfect for someone who’s organized, marketing‑aware, and comfortable working behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the setup and scheduling of email campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Organize campaign assets, contact lists, and segment updates
• Track performance data and compile clear reports for internal teams
• Maintain SOPs, campaign checklists, and shared resources
• Support return trends tracking by analyzing return portal data and organizing findings
• Respond to community engagement via DMs, ad comments, and customer threads
• Collaborate with account managers on marketing updates and ad‑hoc admin tasks
• Research competitive campaigns and trends when needed
