About the Role

Position Summary

: This course explores how reflection can drive meaningful learning from experience as it relates specifically to education-related careers. Students will engage in direct experiences in K-12 classroom settings and use an observational framework to analyze classroom practices. Through reflection, critical analysis and synthesis, students will become more self-aware and lay a solid foundation for successful transition into education-related professions. Course delivery is a combination of online modules and observational experiences in education environments.

Qualifications – Required Academic Degree: Master’s degree in Education; teaching qualifications (OCT or equivalent); K–12 teaching experience; teaching experience in online environments
