ELI - Avionic Subsystem/SW Engineer

Job Description:

The role is inserted in the Aircraft Management System organizational unit of Avionic Systems Development area. The unit is responsible of the design, development and qualification/certification activities related to the main on-board computer of Leonardo Helicopters programs (both civil and military), specifically of the software application performing the vehicle, flight and mission management functions that will be hosted on the target computer.
Sub-System Engineers interface Avionic System Engineering functional area for all the aspects pertaining the integration of the computer and its application in the helicopter avionic system. Other external areas interfaced include CPE offices, Flight Test Pilots and Engineers, Procurement and RMS departments.
