**Job Summary:**
Responsible for the initiation and maintenance of long-term EEG monitoring equipment and the technical evaluation of the data obtained during monitoring process. Professionally performs EEGs, EEG brain death evaluation, Electrocorticography, Transcranial Doppler, Brainstem Auditory and Visual Evoked Potential studies utilizing the technical standards established by the American EEG Society and Neuro-diagnostic lab protocols.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
**Education:** High school graduated with college level training or experience, preferably in an allied medical field.
**Experience:** One-year experience as an Electroneurodiagnostic (EEG) Technician preferred
**Licensure/Certification:** None required, although EEG Certification is desirable. Must have a current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider Card.
