Summary You will serve as an ELECTRICIAN SUPERVISOR I in the Electrician Shop (25D) of TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, BANGOR. Responsibilities You will select and assign work to subordinates and instruct them on procedures, specifications, priorities, and schedules. You will plan work schedules, manpower, skill, and material requirements. You will conduct employee training on a wide range of technical requirements, steps and processes. You will supervise employees in installation, repair, and maintenance of various electrical systems. You will recommend and help plan facilities, equipment, and procedural changes to improve safety, reduce costs, and meet new work requirements. You will inspect work in progress and upon completion to maintain quality assurance, conformance to specifications, efficient work progress, housekeeping, and safe operations.
