What you'll be doing:

Carrying out rewires, remedial works, smoke detector installation, testing & inspection, and day-to-day responsive repairs

Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota to ensure electrical issues are dealt with promptly

Acting as a key point of contact between residents and internal teams to resolve property issues efficiently
