Electrical Quantity Surveyor: Budget, Tender & Claims

POWEN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to manage commercial and contractual aspects of electrical projects in Singapore.

You will handle cost estimation, budgeting, tender preparation, contract administration and cost control to ensure profitability. The role involves evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations, preparing budgets and cost reports, and negotiating variation orders.
