Job Vacancy: Electrical Engineer – Solar Integration and Installation
Location: Ferndale, Johannesburg
Responsibilities:
Compile comprehensive designs and requirements for solar, AC and DC systems, and medium voltage networks. Utilize AutoCAD for array layouts, site layouts, SLDs, and plantroom designs.Generate schedules including stringing schedules and cable schedules. Produce materials lists for primary systems in collaboration with the technical director and office manager. Conduct high-level project management and planning meetings with the technical director and MD on a weekly basis. Manage client communication and relationships post-sales handover, providing regular updates on project progress, procurement timelines, installation schedules, and regulatory applications.
