The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 5-7 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications, developing cost estimates, and preparing tender submissions. Strong knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation systems is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role does not allow for remote work.
