The tutorwillsupportthe educationand employmentpillarbyprovidingopportunities,raisingaspirationsand fulfillingpotentialforlearnersaged16to19.Throughthedeliveryof level1to level3sportqualifications,the post holder will enable learners to achieve recognised qualifications, develop employability and life skills, and progress into higher education, apprenticeships, employment or performance pathways.

TherolerequiresclosecollaborationwithPrestonCollegetoensurecurriculumplanning,assessment,quality assurance and compliance standards are consistently met. The tutor will contribute to recruitment, retention, achievement and positive destinations, while maintaining high expectations around attendance, behaviour, professionalism and safeguarding within a professional sporting environment.
