This position includes managing residency rotations, overseeing fellowships, and supporting ongoing training for medical students. You will also engage in developing a Family Therapy Program alongside key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange training schedules for Psychiatry residents and fellows
• Liaise with preceptors to manage teaching availability
• Coordinate rotations for medical students in CAP
• Assist in addressing professionalism concerns for residents
