EDRC HVAC BIM MODELLER

- To do the modelling of HVAC systems as per Engineering team input

- Basic Knowledge on HVAC systems

- Knowledge on AutoCAD, MEP Revit

- Coordination with Electrical, ELV / ICT, Fire Engineering, Fire Alarm systems, Public Health Engineering, Piping systems, Architecture & Structure 

- Preparation of ducting layouts, piping layouts, schematics with necessary annotations

- Preparation of Chiller plant layouts, AHU room layouts

- Coordinate with other stakeholders for the development of clash free model

- Modelling of supports for Pipes, Ducts

- Coordinate with modellers for the development of layouts and coordinate for clash free model

- Knowledge on Revit families and assisting for the development of new Revit families

- Ensuring the development of modelling considering the required maintenance space for all HVAC elements like Equipment, Dampers, Valves etc.,.
