Job Title: Category Head/Category Leader
Experience- 5+ years
Ctc- upto 15 Lpa (Depends on interview)
Working Days- 6 days (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Portal Management:
Oversee the overall performance and optimization of e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless user experience and brand consistency.
Manage product listings, promotions, and campaigns to maximize visibility and conversions.
2. Vendor Management:
Manage existing vendors while onboarding new brands and partners to expand the product portfolio.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment on pricing, terms, and performance metrics.
3. Driving Sales Growth:
Strategically drive both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability by implementing effective pricing, promotional, and sales strategies.
