Ecommerce Specialist

We are looking to hire two people for our team, an E-Commerce Operations Executive and a Graphic Designer. Below is the JD for the Ecommerce role, as discussed.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, nykaa, myntra and Quick Commerce platforms Instamart, blinkit & Zomato.
• Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords (SEO-optimized)
• Monitor listing health, resolve suppressed/inactive listings, and maintain Buy Box performance

Shipment & Order Fulfillment

• Manage end-to-end FBA operations order processing, packaging coordination, and dispatch
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely order fulfillment and returns management
• Track and resolve shipment exceptions and delivery issues

Purchase Order (PO) Management
