About the Role
We are looking for someone to join our existing team to provide extra support during the migration of harveynorman.co.nz to Shopify. The groundwork is in place, so you will be jumping in at an exciting time in the project. This 8-month fixed-term, full-time role is based in our Manukau Head Office.
About the role
You will act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring proposed solutions are aligned to business objectives, operational requirements, and customer experience expectations.
You will work with our tech partners to ensure their tools are integrated into the new platform, their timelines are met, and they are kept well informed.
You will configure Shopify and other platforms to prepare them to hand over to the operational team and write guides and provide training if required.
